* Go to Setup
* Enable Direct Sound
* Select the SFX Button
* Select Compressor and click Add.
* Under Compressor Properties, use the following settings:
o Gain = Adjust for how loud you want people to be. (I use 15)
o Attack = 0.01
o Release = Around 500
o Threshold = Around -30
o Ratio = 100
o Pre delay = 4.0

Volume normalization. It makes it so that everyone comes out the same volume for you rather than some terribly loud and others extremely soft...

Now this sounds awesome.
I've been adding the special effect "volume" to select people and increasing or decreasing their volume.

Vent is actually bearable with a compressor added.

I've done this, but lately I've noticed that some people are still too low to hear. I can barely hear Atrium when he speaks and there are others that I can't really hear. Some people come in a bit loud too.

I've rechecked the settings to see if everything is the same and it is, so I don't know what it is.

In my case its a drivers/software issue. I'm working on it.

Oh okay. Well it's not that I can't hear you, but your voice is extremely low.
Well, an hour ago I couldn't hear you at all.

Maybe it wouldn't be a BAD thing if we couldn't hear Atrium....?
